ABOUT US
Welcome to Niven² Event Productions, where passion meets professionalism in the dynamic world of event management. Founded in 2016 by sisters Lisa and Shari Niven, our company embodies a commitment to excellence, ensuring seamless experiences that leave attendees exhilarated.
Lisa and Shari Niven bring a wealth of expertise to the table, with extensive backgrounds in event production, operations, management, and logistics, as well as a profound dedication to the industry. Their journey began in the late 1990s, navigating the vibrant underground music scene before transitioning into event promotion and production.
Lisa's journey has taken her across the East Coast (FL, NY, DC, TN) and internationally to Osaka, Japan. Her multifaceted background includes roles in production and retail marketing at Astralwerks Records, the creation of an independent radio show in NYC, and extensive involvement in various club events. She has also contributed to the success of the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival and WMC's International Dance Music Award show. Currently serving as the Visitor Experience and Cultural Events Marketing Assistant Manager at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, Lisa brings a wealth of academic achievements, holding a master's degree, a bachelor's degree, two associate degrees, and several certificates in marketing management, display and exhibit design, and Asian studies (Japanese culture).
Shari, on the other hand, boasts a rich history in management and logistics across diverse industries. Presently a Project Manager at a cutting-edge tech startup specializing in AI technology, she has played instrumental roles in the production of numerous festivals throughout South Florida, including the 9 Mile and Ultra Music Festival. From overseeing street teams, ticketing, VIP and artist check-in, to stage management and artist hospitality, Shari's comprehensive understanding of event intricacies is unparalleled.
Together, Lisa and Shari leverage their professional and cultural insights to craft unforgettable events. Whether it's a small club gathering or a large-scale festival, their meticulous approach ensures every detail is meticulously orchestrated for maximum impact.
